Coat Checked items: bring your coat check ticket to the Roxbury Urban Dive Bar (1743 Grafton Street) on Sundays from 6-9pm. If you are unable to make this time, The Roxbury is also open from 6pm onward every Wednesday to Saturday. If you do not have your coat check ticket, please e-mail the address above with a description of your coat and the date you left it, and we will contact you to arrange a pickup time.
Lost IDs are handled through Security—email security@graftonconnor.com, let them know the date it was lost, as well as any necessary details. If your ID was found, they will contact you.
For all other lost items: e-mail the above address with a detailed description of the item including the date it was lost. If we have your item, we will contact you and let you know.
